Mr. and Mrs. Randall Alan Long of Greenville, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Holly Dianne Long to Benjamin David Drechsler, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Edwin Drechsler of Clover.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Boyce of Fairbanks, Ala., and Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Long of Greenville. Holly graduated from Eastside High School in Greenville, and then earned a degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Piano from Clemson University. In May, she will enroll at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston to pursue a Master of Sciences Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
Ben is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Fred A. Hallman Jr. of Lowell, N.C., and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas E. Drechsler of Cleveland, N.C. A graduate of Clover High School, Ben will receive a degree in Financial Management and Accounting from Clemson University in May. In June, he will enroll at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston to pursue a Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree.
The wedding is planned for May 10, 2008, at Second Presbyterian Church in Spartanburg.
