Four York clerks are accused of selling alcohol to minors over the weekend.
Adam Bennett, 21, Peter De Lucchi, 47, and Shannon Millstead, 31, all of York, and Hai Nguyen, 20, of Rock Hill, were charged with selling alcohol to a person under the age of 21 on Saturday, according to York County Sheriff's Office reports.
A joint investigation of York County Sheriff's Office, York County Multijurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit and Keystone revealed that Bennett, De Lucchi and Nguyen allegedly sold beer to confidential informants at York's Walmart, the Sunoco Gas Station on Congress Street and the Shell gas station, the reports state.
Millstead is accused of selling rum to an informant at the Times Turn Around gas station on Highway 321.
