Elaine Smith Warren, 48, of 2054 Ridgecrest Park Drive, York, Sept. 5, charged with possession of crack.

Howard Dwayne Winders, 47, of 704 N. Main St., York, Sept. 4, charged with PDC.

Melissa Marie Rice, 35, of 13 Pecan Circle, York, Sept. 4, charged with PDC.

Juan Dale Montgomery, 44, of 13 Pecan Circle, York, Sept. 4, charged with PDC.

Joseph Stewart, 24, of 111 First St., York, Sept. 3, charged with PDC and resisting arrest.
