Richard Blair Vickers, 31, of Clover, Oct. 1, charged with failure to appear in court.

Anthony Christopher Shannon, 18, of York, Oct. 1, charged with robbery and AB.

Andrew Blake Penley, 20, of York, Sept. 29, charged with DUI.

Calvin Eugene Brown, 52, of McConnells, Sept. 29, charged with pointing and presenting a firearm.

Charles Donnelle Thrower, 39, of York, Sept. 28, charged with forgery.
