Western York County arrests for the week of Nov. 5

York police arrests

Jessie James Nichols, 55, of 110 Galilean Road, York, Nov. 4, charged with PDC.

Nathan Matthew Haley, 35, of 121 Hunter Park Drive, York, Nov. 3, charged with CDV.

Stanley Antonio Garvin, 49, of 24 Hunter St., York, Nov. 3, charged with narcotics violations.

Jennifer Tuttle Stout, 47, of 2212 Wildwood Drive, York, Nov. 1, charged with shoplifting.

Tony Jeremy Parker, 20, of 882 S.C. 161, Clover, Nov. 1, charged with minor possession of alcohol.

York County sheriff’s arrests

Timothy Richard McAteer, 51, of McConnells, Nov. 5, charged with shoplifting.

Julia Smith McAteer, 51, of McConnells, Nov. 5, charged with shoplifting.

Napoleon Jamal Allen, 39, of Clover, Nov. 4, charged with breach of trust.

Johnrail Deon McNeal, 19, of York, Nov. 2, charged with possession of drugs with intent to distribute.

Dustin Shane Taylor, 21, of Clover, Nov. 1, charged with CDV, burglary and assault.

Larry Anthony Johnson, 22, of Clover, Nov. 1, charged with CDV, assault and larceny.

Justen Lee Wilkes, 17, of Clover, Nov. 1, charged with receiving stolen goods.

Charles Michael Huffstetler, 31, of York, Oct. 31, charged with kidnapping and armed robbery.
