Western York County arrests for the week of Nov. 12

Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from incident reports filed with the York and Clover police departments and from the York County Sheriff’s Office. The information is presented with no intent of guilt or innocence. Minor traffic violations are not listed here.

KEY: AB – Assault and Battery; ABHAN – Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature; CDV – Criminal Domestic Violence; DUI – Driving Under the Influence; OC – Open Container; PD – Public Drunkenness; PDC – Public Disorderly Conduct; PDP – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; PMJ – Possession of Marijuana; PWID – Possession With Intent to Distribute (drugs); SA – Simple Assault.

York County sheriff’s arrests

Kimberly Michelle Miller, 35, of Clover, Nov. 12, charged with cruelty to children and ill treatment of animals.

Anthony Ray Kennedy, 57, of York, Nov. 10, charged with failure to appear in court.

Austin Daniel Brandon, 20, of Clover, Nov. 7, charged with minor possession of beer, DUI, assault and resisting arrest.

Victor Guzman, 45, of York, Nov. 7, charged with larceny and failure to appear in court.

Howard Demound Fewell, 45, of Clover, Nov. 7, charged with larceny.

Joseph Matthew Polk, 21, of Clover, Nov. 7, charged with neglecting to report a crime.

Kevin Mitchell Eades, 21, of Clover, Nov. 7, charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Michael Vashawn Brewer, 21, of York, Nov. 6, charged with AB, breach of peace and pointing and presenting a firearm.
