A York man came home after midnight Thursday to discover someone had been in the house drinking his beer and eating his Pop Tarts, according to a York County Sheriff's Office police report.
Police couldn’t find any signs of forced break in, but the 18-year-old man told deputies that he locked his doors that morning and returned home to find the doors still locked.
The culprit used a red Solo cup as a “spit cup” for tobacco and left the back of a seat on the couch reclined, the report states.
The man also noticed beer missing from his fridge and empty beer cans and bottles in his trash.
Snacks were missing from the kitchen, he told police, and a Pop Tarts wrapper was left on the floor near the couch.
Nothing else was missing and there was no damage in the home, according to the report.
A sheriff’s deputy lifted two fingerprints from one of the plastic cups.
