Western York County arrests for the week of Nov. 19

Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from incident reports filed with the York and Clover police departments and from the York County Sheriff’s Office. The information is presented with no intent of guilt or innocence. Minor traffic violations are not listed here.

KEY: AB – Assault and Battery; ABHAN – Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature; CDV – Criminal Domestic Violence; DUI – Driving Under the Influence; OC – Open Container; PD – Public Drunkenness; PDC – Public Disorderly Conduct; PDP – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; PMJ – Possession of Marijuana; PWID – Possession With Intent to Distribute (drugs); SA – Simple Assault.

York police arrests

Evelyn Diane Thomas, 56, of 1410 Auten Road, Rock Hill, Nov. 17, charged with shoplifting.

Misty Michelle Banther Simon, 39, of 2148 Santa Ana Way, York, Nov. 17, charged with shoplifting.

John Sullivan Richards, 54, of 217 Kings Mountain St., York, Nov. 14, charged with DUI.

Richard Eugene Bigham, 44, of 238 Celriver Road, Rock Hill, Nov. 9, charged with DUI and resisting arrest.

York County sheriff’s arrests

Marcus Katrell Crawford, 29, of Clover, Nov. 18, charged with breach of peace.

Garrett Edward Deering, 20, of Clover, Nov. 16, charged with burglary, arson, conspiracy and PMJ.

Bryon Lee Miller, 39, of Clover, Nov. 16, charged with child neglect and breach of peace.

Blaine Richard Douglas Brennan, 27, of York, Nov. 16, charged with PMJ.

Stanley Vinson Meeks, 59, of York, Nov. 15, charged with probation violation.

Justin Alexander Wright, 18, of York, Nov. 15, charged with larceny and criminal conspiracy.
