Man accused of entering women's bathroom at York Walmart

YORK -- 

A York man was charged with disorderly conduct after repeatedly entering the women’s bathroom at the York Wal-Mart.

The man, 44-year-old Myron Barnard Lynn, allegedly walked into the women’s bathroom in the store multiple times, even after being told he was in the wrong restroom, according to a police report.

The incident happened around 2 a.m. Saturday. The report states the man was found by officers wandering around the store, unsteady on his feet. He had a strong sent of alcohol.

When stopped by police, the man admitted to drinking “a few beers,” the report states.

He was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct.
