Western York County arrests for the week of Nov. 26

Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from incident reports filed with the York and Clover police departments and from the York County Sheriff’s Office. The information is presented with no intent of guilt or innocence. Minor traffic violations are not listed here.

KEY: AB – Assault and Battery; ABHAN – Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature; CDV – Criminal Domestic Violence; DUI – Driving Under the Influence; OC – Open Container; PD – Public Drunkenness; PDC – Public Disorderly Conduct; PDP – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; PMJ – Possession of Marijuana; PWID – Possession With Intent to Distribute (drugs); SA – Simple Assault.

York police arrests

Brandon Lee Jackson, 19, of 5190 Old Wallace Road, Smyrna, Nov. 25, charged with shoplifting.

Kenneth Luther Gardin, 54, of 2846 Meade St., Gastonia, Nov. 24, charged with DUI.

Myron Bernard Lynn, 44, of 229 Charlotte St., York, Nov. 24, charged with PDC.

York County sheriff’s arrests

Kenneth Michael Dover, 23, of Clover, Nov. 27, charged with DUI and possession of a controlled substance.

Samuel Scott Joye, 54, of Clover, Nov. 26, charged with DUI.

David Bryan Thompson, 55, of Clover, Nov. 26, charged with DUI.

Robert Cody Via, 19, of York, Nov. 26, charged with larceny.

Demorris Antwain Stewart, 27, of York, Nov. 26, charged with possession of cocaine.

Morris Dentrell Strong, 24, of Clover, Nov. 25, charged with PDC.

Shannon Lee Longfellow, 40, of Clover, Nov. 24, charged with burglary and grand larceny.

Kirkland Jermaine Wallace, 39, of York, Nov. 23, charged with breach of peace.

Juan Dale Montgomery, 44, of York, Nov. 23, charged with CDV.

David Wylie Adams, 41, of Clover, Nov. 22, charged with DUI.
