Weather cancels high school sporting events

These high school athletic contests originally scheduled for Friday and Saturday have been postponed or delayed, and will be made up on these dates:

Basketball

Lancaster at Rock Hill, rescheduled for Saturday.

South Pointe at Northwestern, rescheduled for Monday.

Fort Mill at York, rescheduled for Monday.

Nation Ford at Clover, rescheduled for Saturday.

Chapman at Chester, rescheduled for Thursday, Feb. 7.

CA Johnson at Lewisville, rescheduled for Monday.

Great Falls at Lamar, rescheduled for Saturday.

Indian Land at Cheraw, rescheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1

Wrestling

The 4-AA regional wrestling meet at Buford will go on as scheduled Saturday, but weigh-ins will be delayed until 11:30.

The region 3, 4-A wrestling meet at Rock Hill has been rescheduled for Tuesday.
