Western York County arrests for the week of Feb. 4

Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from incident reports filed with the York and Clover police departments and from the York County Sheriff’s Office. The information is presented with no intent of guilt or innocence. Minor traffic violations are not listed here.

KEY: AB – Assault and Battery; ABHAN – Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature; CDV – Criminal Domestic Violence; DUI – Driving Under the Influence; OC – Open Container; PD – Public Drunkenness; PDC – Public Disorderly Conduct; PDP – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; PMJ – Possession of Marijuana; PWID – Possession With Intent to Distribute (drugs); SA – Simple Assault.

York police arrests

Don Edward Davis, 36, of 431 Harper Davis Road, Clover, Feb. 2, charged with PDC.

William Harold Vinson, 45, of 778 Sutton Springs Road, York, Feb. 2, charged with

PDC.

Norma Jean Alexander, 48, of 527 Johns Lane, Gastonia, Feb. 1, charged with

shoplifting.

Ronnie Wayne Hardin, 56, of 198 Rachel Road, York, Feb. 1, charged with PMJ.

Lacharn Anita Hughes, 45, of 6 U.S. 321 Bypass, York, Jan. 26, charged with AB.

Angela Ann Springs, 51, of 111 Autumn Place, York, Jan. 26, charged with AB.

Destiny Nicole Donald, 18, of 25 Hamiltons Ferry Drive, Clover, Jan. 26, charged

with shoplifting.

York County sheriff’s arrests

John Bernard Meskers, 44, of Clover, Feb. 4, charged with DUI, OC and drug

possession.

Marcus Shane Humphries, 31, of Clover, Feb. 4, charged with OC and drug

possession.

Britney Leann MClinton, 25, of York, Feb. 4, charged with obstructing justice.

Heather Ann Oliver, 23, of York, Feb. 2, charged with failure to appear in court.

Samuel Howard Wood, 29, of York, Feb. 2, charged with injury to property.
