Clover police arrests

Leeann Rafferty, 33, 101 Price, Clover, Feb. 10, charged with unlawful conduct toward a child.

Marvin Ernest Campbell, 47, 1757 Filbert Hwy., York, Feb. 13, charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of a stolen motor vehicle and criminal conspiracy.
