Western York County arrests for the week of March 11

Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from incident reports filed with the York and Clover police departments and from the York County Sheriff’s Office. The information is presented with no intent of guilt or innocence. Minor traffic violations are not listed here.

KEY: AB – Assault and Battery; ABHAN – Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature; CDV – Criminal Domestic Violence; DUI – Driving Under the Influence; OC – Open Container; PD – Public Drunkenness; PDC – Public Disorderly Conduct; PDP – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; PMJ – Possession of Marijuana; PWID – Possession With Intent to Distribute (drugs); SA – Simple Assault.

York police arrests

Darrell Lamont Lord, 44, of 517 Roberts Ave., York, March 9, charged with PDC.

Charles Demario Pendergrass, 38, of 4441 Wilson Chapel Road, York, March 8, charged with DUI.

Chala Jacquay Bankhead, 34, of 17 Center St., York, March 7, charged with DUI.

Robert W. Neal, 70, of 1027 Meadow Lakes Road, Rock Hill, March 6, charged with DUI.

Jason Andrew Kirkpatrick, 39, of 1421 Beachwood Drive, Gastonia, N.C., March 5, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Freddy Matthews, 55, of 22 Green St., York, March 5, charged with CDV and burglary.

John Timothy McCurry, 31, of 301 Railroad Ave., York, March 3, charged with CDV.
