Justin Kale Penland, 21, of 21 Church St., York, April 21, charged with illegally discharging a firearm.

Darrell Lamont Lord, 44, of 517 Roberts Ave., York, April 21, charged with DUI.

Keith Fitzgerald Burris, 44, of 1993 California Road, York, April 20, charged with DUI.

Daniel Dean Neal, 17, of 2500 Filbert Highway, York, April 19, charged with disturbing school.

Jessica Faith Hutto, 17, of 2092 Orr Road, York, April 18, charged with AB.

York County sheriff’s arrests

Jenny Linscott, 40, of York, April 22, charged with CDV.

Jacob Ryan Sanders, 26, of Sharon, April 22, charged with PMJ.

Bartholomew Richard Smith, 18, of Clover, April 19, charged with AB.

Dakota Lee Tallman, 18, of Clover, April 19, charged with possession of a stolen pistol.

Jason Leigh Fretz, 23, of Clover, April 19, charged with possession of a stolen pistol.

Andrew Ross-Dowd Brown, 20, of York, April 17, charged with possession of a stolen pistol.

Emiliano Alpizar, 34, of Clover, April 16, charged with petty larceny.
