Adult Enrichment Centers of York names director

Adult Enrichment Centers Executive Director Frieda Calk Price announced that Lisa Huskey has been named to serve as Director of the York Center.

Huskey assumed her position in April. A graduate of Winthrop University with a degree in social work, Huskey joined the agency from the S.C. Department of Social Services.

“Lisa has clearly established herself as a caring, sensible leader and an enthusiastic member of the team of Adult Enrichment Centers of York,” said Price. “Her prior work both at the S.C. DSS and in the private sector has been consistently focused on advocating for clients. We are so pleased that Lisa has joined our team at the York Center.”

The Adult Enrichment Centers of York, at 3 S. Pacific Ave., is an adult day program that provides services designed to meet the needs of elderly and disabled adults while providing respite for their caregivers.
