An undercover police investigation last week at two restaurants and a gas station in York resulted in three citations for selling alcohol to minors, according to a York County Sheriff’s Office report.

A 20-year-old employee at the Sunoco on North Congress Street is accused of selling a 12 pack of Bud Light Wednesday night to someone younger than 21, a report states.

An hour later, at a restaurant on North Congress Street, the York County Alcohol Enforcement Team charged a 53-year-old woman with selling a draft Bud Light to a minor, according to a report.

The third citation was issued at a restaurant on Garner Street in York about an hour later, a report states. There, a 29-year-old woman is accused of serving 16 ounce Shock Top beer to a minor, according to a sheriff’s office report.
