September 10, 2013

— A York teen was charged with assault after she attacked her sister concerning a cellphone and their mother called police, according to a York Police report.

The report states 18-year-old Quiera Narcisse Neely and her sister argued about their mother’s cell phone on Sept. 6 at their home off Galilean Road.

The confrontation escalated and Neely allegedly pulled out some of her sister’s hair and scratched her chest, according to the report. The girls’ mother called police, who charged with Neely with simple assault.
