Carolyn Brotemarkle of Fort Mill and Matthew Baldinger of Indian Land were married June 22, 2013, at Messiah Lutheran Church in Charlotte.
The Rev. Timothy Baldinger, father of the groom, officiated the 1 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Catherine and Ronald Brotemarkle of Fort Mill. She graduated in 2013 from York Technical College in Rock Hill. She is a full-time nanny for a family in Charlotte.
The bridegroom is the son of Sue and Timothy Baldinger of Matthews, N.C. He graduated in 2008 from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. He is a telecommunications engineer at Duke Energy in Charlotte.
Maid of honor was Maureen Brotemarkle, sister of the bride, of Fort Mill. Bridesmaids were Deanna Brotemarkle, sister of the bride, of Waynesboro, Pa.; Austin Fleming, friend of the bride, of Fort Mill; Mindy Miller, sister of the groom, of Roswell Ga.; Joelle Purinton, friend of the bride, of Anderson; and Mackenzie Brumbaugh, friend of the bride, of Waynesboro.
Flower girl was Sarah Kate Moughan, a family friend of the bride, of Fort Mill.
Best man was Mike Baldinger, brother of the groom, of Matthews. Groomsmen were Tyler Hahn, friend of the groom, of Matthews; Andy Karabinos friend of the groom, of Charlotte; Billy Morasso, friend of the groom, of Matthews; James Brotemarkle, brother of the bride, of Fort Mill; John Brotemarkle, brother of the bride, of Fort Mill.
A reception was held at Hilton Garden Inn in Rock Hill.
The newlyweds honeymooned at Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and settled in Indian Land.
