York police arrests

Devorin Chandra Belton, 22, of 103 Autumn Place, York, Nov. 3, charged with PMJ.

Jonathan David Lough, 54, of 1655 Woodhaven Road, Rock Hill, Nov. 3, charged with DUI.

Whitney Michelle Ballard, 30, of 320 Auburn Lane, York, Nov. 1, charged with DUI.

Thomas Alexander Neal, 52, of 114 Barron Park, York, Oct. 31, charged with PDC.

Christopher Tyler Register, 19, of 701 Woodland Drive, York, Oct. 31, charged with aggravated assault.

York County sheriff’s arrests

Antwon Heath, 34, of McConnells, Nov. 4, charged with probation violation.

Joseph Gunnar Smith, 20, of Sharon, Nov. 1, charged with grand larceny, conspiracy and failure to appear in court.

William Harold Vinson, 46, of York, Nov. 1, charged with probation violation.

Ontorre Tiquan Miller, 21, of York, Oct. 30, charged with criminal sexual conduct.

Zackariah Thomas Lemons, 20, of York, Oct. 30, charged with failure to appear in court.
