— Police are investigating whether an employee possibly stole money from four disabled residents living at a Rock Hill home belonging to the York County Board of Disabilities.

At about 4 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to one of the houses on Bird Street, off Anderson Road, after a house manager reported that someone, possibly an employee, has been stealing small amounts of money from the cash boxes of disabled residents, according to a Rock Hill police report.

The manager reported that $5 was missing from a 50-year-old resident; $3 taken from a 60-year-old resident; $2 missing from a 76-year-old resident; and $2 was taken from a fourth resident, 37, the report states.
