— A Fort Mill woman was arrested for public disorderly conduct after she flashed a man and talked to him about "partying with Jesus" at the Moss Justice Center on Thursday afternoon, according to a York County sheriff's office report.

The woman, Vicki Davy, 54, was talking with a man who was working on the jail parking lot's security cameras, the report stated.

He told the officer that Davy lifted up her shirt and talked with him about "partying with Jesus."

The report said that Davy appeared "mentally unstable" and had been released from the county detention center on Wednesday.

Another report from the sheriff's office showed that Davy was arrested Wednesday because she kissed a woman at a store.

The woman told officers Davy came up to her and kissed her on the lips, according to the report. The woman said she told Davy to stop and pulled away, but Davy continued to kiss her cheek and licked her ear.

Davy said she kissed her on the cheek but "that was it."

She was charged with assault, the report states.
