Police: Woman stabbed York man who wouldn’t give her money

A Hickory Grove woman is accused of stabbing a 61-year-old York man multiple times on Wednesday morning, according to York Police.

Angela Bradley, 42, has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly stabbing the man in his York home on Railroad Avenue.

According to the report, police found the victim sitting in a chair and covered in blood. The victim told police Bradley asked him for money and later stabbed him when he said he didn’t have any money for her.

The report states that the man was stabbed several times during a struggle with Bradley, but was eventually able to get the knife away from her. Bradley later left the scene.

The victim was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Bradley later called the police to say that she was scared and had stabbed someone, the report states. She met with officers at the York Police department and was then arrested.

The York Police department and investigators from the York County Multi-jurisdictional Forensic unit were on scene.
