YORK — Trinity United Methodist Church in York, S.C. was the setting April 5, 2014, for the marriage of Wendy Leigh Goss of York and Christopher Todd Judge Huber of Greenwood.
The Rev. Brian Preveaux officiated the 5 p.m. ceremony. A reception followed at The Magnolia Room at Laurel Creek in Rock Hill.
The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Goss of York, graduated in 2011 from the University of South Carolina. She is a fourth grade teacher with York School District 1.
The bridegroom, son of Ms. Scarlet Phillips and the late Mr. Robert Huber of Greenwood, graduated in 2009 from The Citadel. He is an associate engineer for the S.C. Department of Transportation in Chester, S.C.
The bride was given in marriage by her father and mother. The maid of honor was Julie Ann Goss of Vestavia Hills, Ala. Bridesmaids included Michelle Diane Goss and Mary Ruth Goss, both of York; Bailey Danae Morrison of Charleston; Aubne Phillips Cochran of Rock Hill; Aenn Phillips Thomson of Sharon.; Katie Jean Thomas of Mount Pleasant; and Bethany Caruso Boyd of Six Mile.
Flower girls were Sarah Michele Anderson of York, Finley Anne Wine of Lake Wylie and Madison Avis Wine of Lake Wylie.
The best man was the bridegroom’s brother, Robert Arthur Huber Jr. of Richmond, Texas. Groomsmen included Zachary John Harlen of Bradford, Pa.; William Preston Culbertson of Greenwood; Derek Lee Bowling of Augusta, Ga.; Michael Nathanial Moss of York; Thomas Anthony Roston of La Plata, Md.; Jared Davidson Walker of Charleston; and Jeremy Thomas Hodges of Greenwood.
The ringbearer was Andy Mitchell Goss of York.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and will live in York.
