Edge of Grace plays July 13

The Edge of Grace Band will give a free outdoor concert 5 p.m. July 13 at Living Waters Church, 612 Bethel School Road.

The band will play beach music, rock ’n’ roll and contemporary Christian music.

Hot dogs and hamburgers and drinks will be served. Bring a chair.

Preschool to hold summer camp

Allison Creek Preschool, 5780 Allison Creek Road, will host its annual summer camp for children ages 18 months through completed third grade from 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. July 14-18.

Clover First UMC plans Bible school

Clover’s First United Methodist Church on Bethel Street will host a vacation Bible school, “Weird Animals,” 5:30-8:30 p.m. July 6-10.

First Baptist plans mission outreach

First Baptist Church on South Congress Street in York is planning a Sept. 13 mission outreach called Operation In As Much.

Take a trip to Israel

Charles and Barbara Ford of Lake Wylie will host a trip to Israel on Nov. 5-15.

The Fords have lived in and visited Israel many times and have insight into the history, religion and modern day culture of this region, the birthplace of Christianity.

A series of pre-departure study sessions are being planned.

Support group to meet

Affirmation of York County is a new support group for people of all faiths who seek support and understanding in working through the issues confronted by gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people, their families and friends.
