Seeking photos

Trinity United Methodist Church in York is looking for wedding photos of all couples married in the church between 1826 and 2008. The church is compiling a scrapbook for its homecoming in April.

Send a copy of the photo with the names and wedding date to Diane Wine, P.O. Box 565, York, SC, 29745. These will not be returned but stored in the church's archives.

Revival Sunday

Greater Life Ministries at Clover Church of God will hold Revival with evangelist Joel Talley from Aug. 31 through Sept. 3. Services will be at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Sunday and 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. Talley has been in evangelism for more than 20 years, preaching his first revival at age 10.

God has honored him with the privilege of speaking in 43 states and in foreign countries. The church is at 3307 Filbert Hwy., Clover in front of Jim McCarter Road.

Marriage seminar

Filbert Presbyterian Church, 2066 Filbert Hwy., York, will host the Paul Tripp seminar "Marriage: There Really is a Better Way" from 9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Oct. 4. Lunch and nursery are provided. Registration cost for the conference is $30 per person or $60 per couple through Sept. 4. Scholarships available.

50s Plus group

Pine Grove Baptist Church, of Lake Wylie, is holding a divorce care class meets on Tuesday evenings from 7-9 p.m. Childcare will be provided.
